Description: This is a dangle style pendant. The 9mm x 7mm oval Mozambique Garnet Gemstone is 2.38 carats. It is prong set in a simple sterling silver setting, which dangles from a sterling silver bale. Total Length: 1 3/4" (bale & dangle) Length of dangle: 7/16" Length of bale: 6/16" The bale has an opening that is 1/8" wide and 1/4" long, so it should fit most chains. All measurements are approximate. My husband made this pendant around 2006. He only worked with 925 silver or 14k gold findings. This pendant is not marked Serling or 925, but it does test as 925. This is from his inventory, it has never been worn. It may have slight tarnish. See photos for condition details.
