Comes with original triptych sleeve which as I've highlighted in photo 7 has some edgeware but is otherwise complete. Record cover is in tip top shape with one corner bump. Inner sleeve is an overall good shape with no splits but a couple small creases and one small rip at the middle. The record itself plays through without skips or hesitation and exhibits just a handful of superficial scuffs/ I'm very happy to answer any questions you might have.
