Photo is of worst one we have seen. All barrels we have parted out have exterior imperfections that are perpendicular to the slide. The exterior imperfections are not parallel to the slide which would be related to slide wear. Your barrel will look better than the photographed barrel, which was the poorest finished barrel we have seen.
