I have the additional (‘2day’) ship-time listed primarily as a default since I’m not close to any larger shipping facilities and sometimes have to travel to them. Items ship in original packaging (if possible) and most economically despite what may be listed- or…unless otherwise noted by buyer, in which case additional fees may apply in relation to whatever extra they want.
