The hardcover is in Very Nice condition. There are three small brown stains/blemishes at the bottom edge (at its' top section) (please see the scan for the detail). The Dust Jacket is in Very Good condition. It has wear and rounding at all the corners, the front side top edge has some creasing/indenting, there is a stain at the bottom edge next to "By", the bottom right-hand corner has an approx. 2" crease; the binding has an approx. 1" tear and creasing at the top edge; the back cover has creasing/indenting at the top edge, there are scratches and indents primarily at the left-hand side next to "The" and at the right-hand side above "Beatles' Story", there is a stain under "Pictures", the bottom edge has creasing and indenting.
