This is a clean library discard from a friends of the librarysale. It has library markings, so I haverated it as only acceptable. But for the library markings, the book appears unused. It is clean. This book is heavy. The paper is thick and glossy. Tips on removing or minimizing the appearance of librarymarkings: If the book has a clear plastic cover you can cut itoff. There may be glue that mars theinner boards. You can then remove thedust jacket from the plastic cover. Thedust jacket may have a sticker on the spine which you can remove with GooGone. Rubbing alcohol will remove any residuefrom the Goo gone. Once you put the dustjacket back on the book, it might well cover any damage to the inner boards. If there is stamping on the inside cover page, you canremove the cover page carefully and close to the spine with an xactoknife. Alternatively, you can coverstampings with a decorative book plate. Or, perhaps library markings don’t bother you!
