Light exterior shelf wear. Covers are protected in plastic with a slipcase. Vol 1. has some wear at the base of the spine. The front hinge is starting and there is play there. Two book plates on the first paste down. The owner's faded name is on the title page. There are some pencil sale notes from a book dealer on the half-title page. Vol. 2 has a book plate on the paste down. All three volumes have occasional age toning spots.
