Description: This is a rare and extraordinary piece of "Wizard of Oz" memorabilia: this is a rare Emerald City photograph, 8x10 high quality matte finish photograph, autographed in by the late Meredythe Glass who portrayed an Emerald City citizens in the classic film. Ms. Glass signed her name in black permanent marker pen at the top. This comes from the collection of Stephen Cox, author of the book The Munchkins of Oz (Cumberland House). This was autographed for me, in person, in the mid 2000s (see a photo here of Meredythe pointing to herself in Oz taken at the time she signed this photo; snapshot not included in the auction.) Of course, the watermark "screengems" does not appear on the item. This comes from the collection of Stephen Cox, author of the book The Munchkins of Oz (Cumberland House).
