All pages are complete and intact and book is tight and binding is nice and tight. Exterior leather covers have wear mostly around edges but overall I would say in good condition. Is gold gilded pages some slight wear. A small section of the book has some water marking stains on the lower bottom of the pages. A minor spot that is not through the entire book. Please see pictures for the best description and ask any questions you may have. It is signed on the first blank page by the original owners name and was given as a Christmas gift in 1874.
