(Manual not included.) This is to be used for older TV's that need a converter from Digital signals to Analog signals. It also has Analog Passthrough. This was in working condition when it was in use years ago. It has not been tested recently because I no longer have access to an older TV. The overall condition is very good with some minor surface scratches/markings due to being stored/used. This item was kept in my non-smoking/pet free residence.
