You can simply sign the door tag left by the FedEx driver and the next business day they will drop your packaged off and after that you will be responsible for your packaged if its stolen. You can also have the packaged forward to the nearest Walgreen office, FedEx kinko or your work place. So there is plenty options available if your not going to be home.
