Pages are Brittle and their is chipping on the lower right pages.Back cover has a color breaking crease that is 4 inches in and runs 7 inches long. Chipping on the lower right corner on the back cover. Missing pieces are Small and limited to the perimeter. Middle staple is discolored and is beginning to rust or has been cleaned in the past.
