Description: This auction is for a genuine Vera Wang off-white wedding dress worn once in 2005, afterwards it was partially-preserved in the gold memory/dress presentation box that I have in one of the auction photographs. It's simple, but simply done stunning! Ivory layers and layers of tulle gathered at the drop waist with a unique "tassel" effect. Strapless, it also features cups/padding. It has ties to bustle it for wearing after the ceremony but otherwise beautifully drapes long and statement-making for your walk down the aisle. For sizing purposes since it doesn't have an actual number of size indication - I would consider it around a 4 or a small. In the pictures featured (these are me recently, and not in the original wearing of it 20 years ago) - I am 5'8", 110 lb, 34B. It's the kind of dress that doesn't need sparkle and glitz and glam - it's understated but does it to perfection. There are a few small stains that the dry cleaner didn't get out, but when the cloudy layers are draping around you, they're hardly noticeable. It was originally purchased for $2000. The floral lace pattern that can be seen through the translucent box lid is my grandmother's veil that is NOT included with the dress - it was packaged that way and I hadn't removed it yet. I'm hoping that one of my daughter's will wear it one day too. :) It will ship packed in that box, then in its original box, which is in an outer shipping box of oversized dimensions, so please keep that in mind when the shipping is being calculated. I can also offer local pick-up, just north of Atlanta GA.
