Description: Rustic Vintage Handcrafted SIGNED Mahogany Upholstered Ottoman. John Kehr (signed) of York, PA. Utilizes mahogany slab what I think is 10/4 thick. I don't know if the Turned legs are also mahogany. BTW, at time of this listing, I coincidentally have another John Kehr handcrafted ottoman listed.(Just too much stuff here at home). Signed 1985 so I'm assuming it was crafted then also. At some point in past, someone attempted to calm a wiggle by adding a glue into 2 leg holes. One leg also has a small piece of the slab's grain cracked loose. Doesn't affect stability. Unrestored. I don't know if "Kehr" is also a product Brand, or just a skillful tinkerer. The shiny label is of the upholster Kehr used, local to my area of Westminster, MD. Fabric is in great shape for linen. No snags or tears, just some sunlight fading. Smoke/Pet free home. I only ship to Continental USA Addresses via USPS, or maybe UPS in a bind. Sorry for the USPS and other's bloated rates nowadays. Not my fault!!!
