It was used when I purchased it. ~Not sure what the screw on top was intended for but has the thing on the bottom that you can attach the pole for support for standing on its own. I always used as table top piece. ~On average it fits a 34b-C bra or a medium bralette. Can be used for bikini tops, tanks and crop tops as well. ~No holes but may need spot cleaning. *I do have another VS mannequin, a bottom one and a full sized VINTAGE collector piece I will be posting as well in the next few days.
