Description: Collector's item. This listing is for ViewSonic 3D/2D Video Picture Frame 3DPF8. This is 8" picture frame with autostereoscopic 3D function featuring parallax barrier 3D display (doesn't require 3D glasses to view images). The item works but has issues. Among known are: the weak battery and boot up issues. It only boots up from cold state when the ambient temperature is below 15 degrees Centigrade, then continue to work normally at room temperatures (please see video). Any attempts to boot up it at room temperature (+24C) result in stuck loading icon like shown on the last picture. Selling "as is, for parts" just at the price of 3D display module alone. The similar 3D display modules are most likely used in Fujifilm 3D V1 and Aiptek viewers. The picture frame was manufactured back in 2010, but still has protecting film on it (please see pictures). It comes with power supply manuals, 3D edition software as well as 3D pictures and videos library for quick start. The item will be shipped with fully charged battery unless otherwise requested.
