Description: This listing is for a vintage New York Miss Sally Victor velvet burgundy hat with a rose and veil. It is in excellent condition. There are no stains on the hat, and the veil has no holes or tears. The round part of the hat measures approximately 4 inches in diameter, and on the underside of the hat, it is labeled Miss Sally Victor NY. There is also a label that states union made.
