Description: This is a vintage mid-1960s double bamboo flute with 6 holes on each flute, each with plugs. The flute is made of bamboo. This "flute" doesn't appear to make any musical noise other than a slight whistle, however, it appears to be hand made, from the 1960s and we haven't seen another one like it. This "flute" was in a suitcase of souvenirs from a world vacation which had stops in Japan and Cyprus so we suspect that it may be a Japanese flute purchased as a souvenir but are not certain. It does appear to be one of a kind though and would make a great conversation piece.
