In my opinion in very good preowned condition, Cover is very good and the record is in very good condition, records I believe in very good condition, very light scratches if any, I have five more records got all at the same time at a estate sale 15-20 years ago in Colorado Springs, The people that was holding the estate sale said the person was a very good friend of Willie Nelson and all the records was signed To Bob Love Willie Nelson, and all of these was not on the market, all of them say Demonstration or Only for promotion only, Not For Sale, these would have only been to someone very close to Willie Nelson, I looked at other signed things from Willie Nelson looks authentic, only going by what they said at the estate sale, this I do think it is authentic, since it was was personalized.
