The painting is hand painted on canvas. The painting is framed in the original wooden picture frame. The painting depicts a man dressed in a suit (see photos). I do not know the man that is depicted in the oil painting. There is a name written on the back of the frame that may be the subject in the painting. The name on the backside is: J Turner Moore, SR (see photos). The artist of the painting is: George A. Malick of Hegins, PA (see photos). The painting is signed by the artist on the front left-hand corner in red paint and looks to be dated for 1958 (see photos). The framed painting framed measures in total about 30.5 inches high, and it is about 26.5 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 24 inches high, and it is about 20 inches wide. The picture frame has some scuffs, scratches, finish losses and some wear. The painting has some scuffs, some scratches, and other wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). The painting is old. The item is from an estate liquidation.
