Description: My dad used to go to the quilt auctions in Lancaster County Pennsylvania in the 70s and 80s. He bought this at one of those auctions and put it in a blanket chest and there it has set since then. This beauty is some kind of Irish chain variation maybe? It’s stark white and Kelly Green on the front and a very pale mint green backing that shows off the hand stitch quilting beautifully. There’s a couple little spots ( 1/2”? ) on an edge where I took some photos, but really it’s an excellent almost new shape.
