Description: Vintage Butterick John Kloss Dress/Top/Pants 4809. Size 16. 38-30-40. UNCUT. Dates to the early 1980s period. Very RARE larger size John Kloss pattern, most of his patterns started at size 6 and 8. Fabulous long button front dress, or, top, with tie belt. Dress shows as a "cover up" but I'd wear as a dress. Stand-up button front band collar, full length sleeves worn rolled up. Button patch pockets, side seam pockets. Straight leg pants, without side seams, have elasticized waist with topstitch trim.
