Description: Sale is for one quality made brass plated chrome T handle hood cable release that could have many applications for various vintage cars depending on your needs . This assembly is 67 inches long from the base of the bezel to the tip of cable , and the T handle adds about another 2 inches to the length . It is made with a spiral steel sheathing and a solid core (not wound) cable . In addition , the sheathing also has a wound cotton cloth cover that covers about 80% of the sheathing . The T handle is chrome plated solid brass with a chrome plated bezel base and requires an opening of 9/16" diameter . The threads are 9/16-18 SAE fine . This was manufactured in the style of cars from the classsic cars era of a certain vintage and would have many applications , depending upon your need . These were manufactured many years ago and dry stored since . so there are some imperfections of long storage , but overall , they are high quality , never used or mounted , and a very nice item to find if you have a use for them .
