They're in excellent condition. They are flat front, with a tapered leg. The button on the waistband looks a bit discolored as do the pocket rivets but otherwise they're in near perfect condition. They are made in ITALY and are pret-a-porter as they have been dry cleaned. The measurements are as follows: Inseam 32 inches; waistband 34 inches in circumference; front rise 12 inches; leg openings 14 inches in circumference. According to a size chart for Escada, 44=US 14, which is why I have provided the measurements.
