It is a fabric-covered chest with metal/brass trim on all the edges and corners. It has metal handles and a metal latch. The lid is hinged. It is made of MDF, I believe, and covered in fabric. The top is padded. It is covered in a floral fabric in a dusty blue with cream and dark blue flowers. I believe it dates to the 1980s. It was made in the USA by Deco Trunk, Co. It measures 14" long x 11" tall x 10.25" wide. It weighs 5 lb 13 oz. It is in good condition. The brass has some dents and a loss of color in some places. One of the corner pieces on the back is missing the nail. The fabric is clean but does have some tiny holes on the top as well as on one of the corners. It is very sturdy and solid.
