Description: Available for sale is an original design, one only, Handmade , Chess Set. The set is all hand made from Solid Brass stock. The black pieces have been anodized to differentiate the opposing sides. The bottom of the pieces have a felt pad affixed to them. The dimensions of the pieces are as follows: Ponds -- 1 1/4" tall with a 3/4" base Rooks -- 1 1/2" tall with a 15/16" base Knights -- 1 1/2" tall with a 7/8" base Bishops -- 2 1/8 tall with a 15/16" base Queens -- 2 3/8" tall with a 15/16" base Kings -- 2 7/8" tall with a 15/16" base The set weighs 3 pounds 12 ounces.
