The surprise was this is a hartmann and there was a look-alike briefcase of a different label. •Used, so it shows some wear. •Locking latches, but no key. Latches are under the leather strap which extends across the top and snaps on the sides. •Excellent working condition. •18.25” x 13.25” x 5” PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING.
