Description: This listing is for a GI Joe Cobra Dr. Mindbender figure mint on 36 Back offerless card from 1985. The card shows heavy shelf/storage wear, more than what is typical for its age. The surface is clean with bright/sharp colors but there is creasing in several places and some chipping around the edges. The creasing is mostly in the bottom right corner and in the top portion of the card. There also appears to be a water stain on bottom left portion of card back. Bubbles are clear and crack free but there is some denting to the stem and bottom right corner area. Its is firmly sealed to the card on all sides. Figure has intact O-ring and appears to be in excellent condition. Overall makes for a nice display/starter piece but not a likely candidate for grading.
