One arm on the rim has been wrapped to elevate the shade slightly. Please see last picture. This lamp is in perfect working condition This lamp has been completely rewired with all new wiring A new switch / socket has been installed New felt installed on the bottom base The bottom does not light on this lamp, only the top lights The top light socket takes a standard light bulb which is not included I've shipped 100's of these types of lamps over the years Each Lamp is packaged with care and professional packing materials I take pride in getting the Lamp to you safely - that's my job
