Vintage Itronix X-C 6250 w/ portable DaVaR netTest FLUKE Networking kit

Description: PLEASE READ THIS: I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE TESTING OR USING TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT. I WAS ONLY ABLE TO PROPERLY TEST THE ITRONIX LAPTOP. I WAS NOT ABLE TO PROPERLY TEST THE DAVAR FLUKE UNIT. EVERYTHING IS BEING SOLD AS-IS SINCE I HAVE NO WAY OF PROPERLY TESTING THE EQUIPMENT. This auction is for a vintage Itronix X-C 6250 Pro laptop with a DaVaR Fluke networking unit. This unit was given to me through a decommissioned telecommunication company that operated locally in the area. I am not aware of the laptop's nor the Davar unit's history only that they were probably used from the late 1990s through the mid 2010s. I have done my best to test the laptop and delete sensitive information per our security policy. The battery does not hold a charge but it does include the OEM AC adapter. There are also some accessories that came with the unit that will be listed below. I have tried to test the Davar unit but I don't have the experience to properly test the unit or ports. When given power, the red LED light labeled CHARGE will start flashing. It will flash until power is removed. The unit does not seem to power on when the switch is flipped. I noticed that while the laptop does interface with the unit, it does not give the laptop power so the laptop will need the AC adapter if it is connected to the Davar unit. When the laptop is on, it does not detect the Davar unit if it is plugged in. For all I know, they have been used on the road for the last 15+ years. Some of the rubber gaskets on the laptop are degrading with age and the PCMCIA cover won't stay in place. The rubber gasket on the USB / audio connector is gone. The laptop does have a touchscreen which has some marks on it. The marks can be seen when the screen is off. Once the laptop is on, the marks are not visible. The bottom chassis has some paint that has flecked away in some areas. The palm rest and keyboard are in good condition. The screen can also be dim on startup. Performance wise: The laptop has average performance for it's age. The HDD has been split into multiple partitions which has led to some fragmentation. I have tried to clean up some of the broken programs and orphaned files. I also believe the HDD is getting older which can lead to performance drops.
