Listed here is a very colorful, raised lettering, old cardboard Modern Diner placard. The "D" in good and the "F" in food appear to have lost or never gotten their gold inlay, there is a stain to the right of "MILK" and the upper right corner is damaged. Perhaps the flaws add to the character of the piece (or not). I don't know the vintage of this item but it is likely from the 70s or earlier (probably earlier). The Modern Diner is still thriving in Wellsville; stop on in! Sadly, Elmhurst Dairy is long gone. This piece could be framed and hung for some nice nostalgic Wellsville decor.
