Description: Offered for auction this outstanding vintage men's watch: the OMEGA CONSTELLATION AUTOMATIC CHRONOMETER with a quick-set date, ref. # 168005, in a solid 14K yellow-gold case with nicely shaped "grasshopper" lugs, with an original pie-pan dial, manufactured in 1967 according to the movement's serial number. This design is one of the most desirable for the Omega Constellation collectors.The watch sports an original pie-pan dial, an original winding crown, an original Omega crystal with Omega logo in the center, and is in hard to find mint condition overall. The 14k gold 34 mm case has sharp and clean edges and a screw-down back with an undamaged famous Observatory emblem. This highly collectible timepiece is equipped with one of the best Omega automatic full-rotor chronometer-grade movements: a genuine rose-gold gilt Omega 24 jewels 564 Caliber, adjusted to five positions and temperature.
