The clock face is 12 inch diameter. There is a slight scratch in the therometer cover on the left side as seen in the close up photo close to the black pupil of the owl eye. It is not readily noticeable. The wood casing shows some signs of wear. It could be updated by painting if desired. It does keep accurate temperature (unlike new ones with bad reviews).
