Description: Dimensions: 10.5 inches tall X 24 inches wide at legs when unfolded. Folded: approximately 16 inches tall X 7 inches at base. Condition is used. Untested with an actual Christmas tree. Screws do turn as they should. Legs do fold out and fold back. Lots of dirt, dust, surface rust, scratches, scuffs, tarnish. A good cleaning and maybe a bit of work with some steel or wire brush and this could be a very nice piece. Leans significantly when folded up.
