Description: Up for bid is an original vintage pre-owned Salt & Pepper Shakers Sitting Man/Woman Sombrero Folk Art Cactus Mexico. Found at an estate sale of a Salt and Pepper Collector who collected during travel in the 1950s-1980s. These have been kept in storage for about 20 years. This neat S&P Man and Woman set is authentic old Mexican pottery. The couple are in sitting position. The cactus was with the set but is made of ceramic. The man and woman are about. 2 1/4" across at the base and about 2 3/4" tall. The cactus is about 4” tall and is a shaker as well. The man and woman are clean, empty, and are missing their stoppers. The cactus has a stopper. The man and woman are marked Mexico on their bottoms, and all are hand painted. The set is in great condition and appears to never have been used but used only as a display.
