Description: This listing is for a "Tall Round Pyroglazed Quart" (TRPQ) milk bottle. (Some refer to the "pyro" graphics as an "Applied Color Label" or ACL.) BOTH sides are marked: "BROWN'S PASTEURIZED MILK - SPRAY PROCESSED AT YOUR GROCERY." I confess that I don't know much about this bottle. I could not find another example ANYWHERE in my online searching. There have been (and are) several "Brown's" dairies over the years, but I could not find ANY bottles marked, "Spray Processed At Your Grocer" from a Brown's or ANY OTHER dairy. The bottle is in GOOD condition. It has no significant chips or cracks. The printing on BOTH sides is still nice. There is "CLOUDING" or "HAZING" in the clear glass. (The last two photos above best show this clouding.) The bottle displays very nicely, (when filled with styrofoam, the hazing can't be seen) and is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
