The color of the pearls while you're looking at them are more of an opaque color different lighting they are bright white kind of hard to get a good picture the way they shimmer. Either way they're a great beautiful item. Definitely a great statement piece for the upcoming holidays. The pictures do not do this set justice. the lighting was not good. Great set.
