Description: This is an estate find primitive handpainted clay pottery bowl with birds that appear to surround what looks like an egg. I have no idea the age of the bowl, but definitely vintage and could be antique. It has a light tan glaze and the back of the bowl looks like it has been stained at some point in time. It is in good condition with no cracks or damage. There are 3 small paint chips in the bottom of the bowl. Two of them look like they may have been glaze pops. Also a few paint flecks on the rim. Please look at the picture closely for detail and condition. It measures 10.75" across and approximately 3.5-3.75" tall, depending where you measure. Very unique bowl and would be a peice of great farm house or primitive decor. Thank you for looking and questions are welcomed.
