The cover has a few light bumps on the edges and some creases. Pages are lightly age tanned. There are 23 pages filled with ideas for building using Western Pine Mills products. This book would make an excellent addition to your collection. I appreciate that buyers would like to buy for the best price possible, but half-price offers are never considered or acknowledged.
