Description: This vintage Putz house is stamped Japan on the bottom and features a charming little building (library? school? hotel? city hall?), flanked by two snow-flocked blue bottle brush trees, sitting behind a glittered picket fence. Measuring approximately 4” x 6” x 3”, it is in very good used condition for its age, and even has all the cellophane intact in the windows. The only noted issue is a hole on the bottom where someone elected to put their lights (see pics). Whether you’re a collector of Putz villages or just love vintage Christmas decor, this darling little building is sure to spruce up your holiday decor. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I take great care when packaging and ship within one day of purchase. Thank you so much for stopping by! **Please understand this is a vintage and/or used item that may show wear due to age and use. This could include fading, scuffs, scratches, cracks, chips, crazing, marks, nicks, paint/detail loss, etc. Please review all photos before purchasing. All items are sold AS IS.**
