It's made of metal, black in color with chrome style accents. The shade is the orb or eyeball shape that can spin to adjust the light's direction. Light bulb not included. CONDITION: Acceptable, used condition! It's tested and working. The switch on top turns the light on and off There are surface scratches/scuffs throughout, to the black and chromed spots as well as inside the shade. Will come in the condition shown, so please see photos! MEASUREMENTS: Lamp measures approximately 26" tall. The shade is about 8" in diameter at furthest points and the base about 10" in diameter.
