Description: Vintage Rare Horse Racing Photo Finish, Photo for the Win by Photochart! Close Race in a Black & White 8” x 10” Photo of two horses at Centennial Park in Littleton Colorado! Great addition to your collection! A bit of History: Centennial Park Race Track opened on July 4th 1950 in Littleton Colorado Suburb of Denver. IndyCar Motor Races were held on the track in 1951 & 1952. In 1965 the Horse Track was Devastated by the Great South Platte Flood causing over a hundred horses to be rescued. Track property was sold in 1981 to a real estate developer. Last race was November 6th 1983, the track was demolished and turned into a housing development! Sold AS-IS in Fair Condition! Horse Picture is bent and curled. Also photo has scrapes, scratches, ware, foxing, worn corners and blemishes. There are two tack holes in the top corners. Also two holes punched in the right side of the photo to go in a binder. Foxing, discoloration and blemishes to the back of the photo. Please See Pictures for Best Description of Condition!
