Description: This listing is for the book "Webster's Elementary Dictionary - A Dictionary for Boys and Girls". Unfortunately, I have noticed that this book is missing the Title/Copyright pages. Through research and comparison I have determined that this edition would have to be the 1935 or 1941 edition due to the cover design. Most, if not all later editions did not have the crosshatching in the blue background. The outside cover shows wear and tear in the form of frayed/torn edging, along with fading to the covers. Page edging shows some staining and discoloration. There is Discoloration of the pages, page edgings, and the cover due to oxygen exposure and antiquing. No evidence of foxing. The only writing, marking or highlighting can be found in the form of a name on the front inside cover page or as a name and address on the inside rear cover page. Definite evidence of separation of the binding. No ripped or torn pages. All damage is typical for a publication of this age.
