S in Psychology and an M.A. in School Psychology. Carolyn is Licensed as a Professional Counselor, Specialist in School Psychology and Psychological Associate. She is certified as an Imago Relationship Therapist, Advanced EMDR Practitioner (including Strategic Team Treatment for Attachment Trauma in Children), and for practicing TLC, (The National Institute for Trauma and Loss in Children). After retiring from the field of education, Carolyn accepted a position with a non-profit counseling center and shelter for victims of domestic violence. While there, she designed and worked in a program for children who had witnesses violence. In 2001, she established a private counseling practice, enabling her to work with families to enhance therapy for children. Her passion to help others is now fulfilled through writing and presenting workshops.
