I would rate this in good cosmetic condition. Very clean. There is a little yellowing on top but its a clean unit so looks good to us. This unit does eject discs quickly and ready the discs. It is on NXE Dashboard. Any updates will kill this dashboard so if you want this dashboard there are a lot of games you cannot play (they require an update). Launch titles work and some other games which can be found online. This unit runs fairly loud. Just a heads up. It has worked fine for us over an hour period but it is loud. Ships out quick. We are selling this unit as-is. Buyer should be aware that these will require some maintenance at some point in time as they all do.
